ABOUT THE ROLE

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Team Member to join our DC team at our Rowville facility. In this hands-on role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth and efficient daily operation of the warehouse.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate forklifts (LO and High Reach experience required)
• Receive and inspect incoming goods
• Organize stock with accurate labelling and sorting
• Pick and pack customer orders
• Prepare shipments, including coordination and documentation
• Assist in inventory control, including regular stock counts and reporting on discrepancies, shortages, or damages

To be successful in this role, you’ll bring:

• A valid LF forklift license and experience operating forklifts, including high reach
• Proven experience using SAP WMS
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn across multiple warehouse functions
• Commitment to safety and high-quality standards
• Physical capability to lift up to 20 kg, bend, and reach as require
