Job Description Within the NAPA distribution center located at Edmonton, you will work closely with the management team. Additionally, we provide training throughout your career to support and guide your professional development. Your main responsibilities: Coordinate the work of the distribution center team. Plan the effective management of daily operations. Organize the receiving, shelving, picking, and shipping of goods. Ensure compliance with health and safety measures. Communicate effectively with company collaborators to ensure excellent customer service. Salary range: $73,000 - $90,000. The final offer will depend on internal equity and relevant experience. Qualifications To join our team, you need, among other things: A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role in the distribution field. Diligence in work organization and procedure control. Knowledge of Warehouse Management System (WMS) (an asset). Safety oriented Leadership skills Good communication skills Knowledgeable in Shipping, Receiving, picking, Inventory Control and Loss prevention. Assets: Forklift certified First aid Able to work different shifts including some holidays.
