Knowledge and Certification Required: * High School Diploma/G.E.D. required. * Must complete a 90-day probationary period. * Must be eligible to obtain a non-gaming license.   Skills and Abilities Required: * Good people skills * Must pass a typing proficiency test of 45 (wpm). * Three years of experience in a clerical environment. * Must be proficient in basic computer software such as Microsoft Office. * Previous experience in Human Resources is preferred. * Appropriate dress code * Excellent oral and written communication and motivational skills * To perform other duties assigned * Excellent organizational and communication skills * Human resources clerks are well versed in the use of computers systems as well as software such as spreadsheets and word processors.         ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES   * Uniform assignment, inventory, ordering and other related requirements. * Will assist with new hires paperwork, interviewing, etc. * Will record, document and deliver 90 day, one year, and other Employee Incentives as needed or required. * Will be able to assist HR manager and Benefits Coordinator as needed * Responsible for all clerical tasks, scheduling appointments, and maintaining all files. * Prepares purchase requisitions and memos for the HR staff * Assists with the preparation of all reports and documents * Assists the HR staff by being a contact person when the HR personnel is not available * Utilize photocopiers; fax machines, and office equipment * Schedule all travel arrangements for H.R. personnel * Directs phone calls; checks messages, distributes mail when needed * Communicates with all team members and public in a professional manner * Exhibits a friendly, helpful and courteous manner when dealing with customers and fellow team members PHYSICAL DEMANDS   The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
