Full job description

* Assist the CDP and Head Chef with daily kitchen operations.

* Prepare ingredients and mise en place according to standards.

* Cook and prepare dishes following OTAKU recipes and procedures.

* Maintain consistent food quality, taste, and presentation.

* Keep the workstation clean and organized at all times.

* Follow food safety, hygiene, and HACCP procedures.

* Support smooth and efficient service during busy periods.

* Assist with stock control and minimize food wastage.

* Work closely with the kitchen team to maintain high operational standards.
