Job Description DCF Analyst | Valuation & Advisory Services is responsible for providing exceptional financial modeling support to the Valuation & Advisory team. As an important member of the team, they will work primarily in the areas of valuation, financial data modeling and the preparation of Argus Enterprise and Rockport VAL property files. They will report to a team lead working in the US and will also communicate directly with members of the Valuation & Advisory team. 1) Financial modeling in Argus Enterprise and Rockport VAL 2) Lease abstraction for the purposes of entering information into DCF software 3) Read and interpret real estate documents such as tenant rent rolls, leases and recovery worksheets 4) Communicate directly with appraisers 5) Update DCF files based on review comments from numerous collaborators ensuring a high level of accuracy 6) Ability to work on multiple projects at one time 7) Ability to complete projects with strict deadlines Qualifications Bachelor's degree in finance, real estate or a related field is preferred. Additional Information 1) Experience in Argus Enterprise and/or Rockport VAL is a plus 2) Ability to understand and interpret a lease for modeling in Argus Enterprise and Rockport VAL 3) Self-motivated individual who is detail-oriented and has strong organizational skills 4) Works well independently as and as part of a team 5) Able to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines 6) Written and verbal proficiency in English required 7) Excellent time management skills
