Job Description Lead our Sales Commercial Operations team in Japan, shaping the strategy and providing the tools and insights that empower our salesforce to succeed. What You'll Do Lead and develop a team of commercial operations specialists across Japan. Drive key transformation initiatives, including topics such as CRM, eCommerce, pricing, market intelligence, and [Digital] sales enablement. Build future commercial capabilities through digitalization, analytics, and process improvement. Translate business strategy into practical actions that improve sales effectiveness and business performance. Lead cross-functional projects and collaborate with local, regional, and global stakeholders. Act as a trusted partner to senior management and contribute to strategic decision-making. Support the Head of Commercial Operations in driving departmental priorities, representing the organization in key discussions, and contributing to strategic decision making. Qualifications What You'll Bring Leadership experience with a proven ability to develop people and drive results. Experience in commercial excellence, sales operations, digital transformation, business analytics, CRM, pricing, or related fields. Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on approach to execution. Reporting to the Head of Sales Operations, you will lead high-visibility projects and drive the cultural shift towards a more agile and effective sales organization. The role requires periodic travel to our Tsuchiura office to lead team members, as well as potential travel to meet with customers and partners as you see fit.
