Purpose of the Role - Support and ensure the Division/Department maintains an adequate and effective first line of defence risk management program Assist the RCU to achieve full adherence with all banking laws, rules, regulations and internal policies, procedures and processes Support the effective execution of the operational risk and compliance throughout the Division/Department, with respect to identifying, quantifying, reviewing, evaluating, measuring and managing risk to ensure that all compliance and risk categories are identified and managed in accordance with regulatory, internal policies and procedures requirements To support the conduct CET on the new controls implemented arises from the development of the new L1/2/3/4 Document Scope of the Role - Responsible to support the management of operational risk and regulatory risk for sub-business units under purview as stated in the appointment letter Execute operational risk framework with the support from RCU as per Group Non- Financial Risk Management (“GNFRM”) & Group Compliance (“GC”) requirements for to meet desire validation score For external regulatory examination: the DCORO is responsible to support the RCU in addressing all concerns and requirements of regulators with respect to risks within their functional area of responsibility
Responsibilities
