Description
Job Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for electrical development, testing, validation, and application issue resolution of AI data center DC power system products; collaborate with cross‑functional teams on system solution design, design reviews, and BOM documentation. 2. Lead customer requirement clarification and solution evaluation; prepare RFI/RFP/RFQ documentation and provide technical responses. 3. Conduct technical communication with global teams and customers; resolve technical issues and participate in product testing and verification. 4. Participate in high‑voltage DC system architecture definition and research on advanced technology solutions. 5. Track industry technology trends and continuously optimize product design to improve performance and reliability. Qualifications: 1. Strong English proficiency (listening, speaking, reading, and writing), capable of technical communication with global teams and customers. 2. Minimum 5 years of experience in power product development; major in Power Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Electronics/Information Engineering, Automation, or related fields. Experience in high‑voltage DC or data center power products is a strong plus. 3. Proficient in CAD, Mentor, and other design tools; experience with PSCAD, ETAP, Matlab/Simulink is preferred. 4. Familiar with safety regulations, EMC, and environmental design requirements for power supply products; understands mainstream design standards and specifications. Experienced in component selection for power supply systems, with a solid understanding of the basic operating principles of components. 5. Strong communication and coordination skills, team‑oriented mindset, detail‑oriented working style, and strong problem‑solving ability. Work Authorization No calls or agencies please.
