WHO WE ARE The Colorado Floor Company has served Colorado home builders and families since 1988. We provide cabinets, countertops, flooring, lighting, stairs, trim, doors, and window coverings for production, semi-custom, and custom home builders and general contractors. POSITION TYPE: Hourly non-exempt - $40,000 - $43,000 SUMMARY OF POSITION The Design Center Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the design team by preparing, organizing, and executing design-related tasks. PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES * Welcomes clients and vendors upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression * Maintains organization of the Design Center, including materials, samples & displays * Orders and tracks samples from vendors * Builds and maintains strong, positive relationships with vendors * Ensures the showroom remains clean, organized, and visually appealing * Manages discontinued products, new product introductions, and sample updates within Design Center Updates and maintains software databases with pricing changes, product drops, and new product additions * Creates custom & production templates for internal pricing software * Builds design boards for builders * Help prepare for design appointments by pulling products & crossing over materials * Maintains accurate inventory of all Design Center products * Creates and maintains informational notebooks/binders for each builder QUALIFICATIONS * Experience working in a professional office environment * High attention to detail and accuracy * Teamwork mentality * Exceptional organizational skills * Ability to multitask & manage multiple projects simultaneously * Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets * Positive Attitude * Works well with people * Has a good eye for design * Strong problem-solving skills BENEFITS Paid time off Paid Holidays 401 (k) package with matching Health Insurance Vision Insurance Dental Insurance WORK LOCATION - IN PERSON   Flooring Services and our affiliated entities are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
