In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Field Services: * Provide active daily on-site / in-house service and maintenance for DCS. * Trouble shooting of DCS HW and SW. * Establish DCS Network and configuration. * Plan and complete system updates, patches, and upgrades. * Perform system health checks, diagnostics, and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance of control system. * Participate on emergency on call requests. * Support DeltaV-related projects, including migrations, expansions, or new installations. * Maintain good relationship with the customer during and after completion of the services. For This Role, You Will Need: * Minimum 3 years’ experience of a field service engineer in the process control system industry. * Frequent Japanese speaking & writing * Legal authorization to work in Japan without sponsorship now or in the future. Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart: * Previous experiences with DCS/PLC. * Basic network infrastructure knowledge. * Ability to write reports, business correspondence and commissioning documents.
