  • Some knowledge of SHE processes or systems
Responsibilities
  • Corporate Purchasing Account (CPA) holder; order materials, consumables, PPE etc. on behalf of the department, managing purchases within agreed budgets and support to financial and cost based management activities for the department
  • Coordination of the provision of managed supply contracts
  • Local IT Administrator responsibilities (LITA) and building access responsibilities
  • Office accommodation / Mitie Requests for Works (raising of requests / coordination / facilitation)
  • Support to Responsible Document & Record Management (RDRM) and support to SharePoint, Olympia and legacy drive administration housekeeping
  • Safety, health and environment activities for the business
  • Provision of weekly and year-to-date diversion & unqualified time reporting and issue reconciliation and Work Force Manager custodianship for the department
  • BCM (business continuity planning) for the business
