Working closely with Product and Business Development Managers you will ensure that each technical decision is aligned with our business strategy and ultimately help bring these outstanding new products to our customers! Lead a high-performing team of architect engineers, fostering collaboration and innovation. Recruit, retain, and mentor top technical talent to build organizational capability. Align team objectives with overall business strategy and ensure measurable outcomes. Drive cross-disciplinary understanding of fabrication processes, memory technologies, and system-level interactions. Engage with customers and industry partners to define requirements, deliver solutions, and represent the company as a technical authority. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field. 10+ years of experience in semiconductor design, system architecture, or related technical leadership roles. Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering complex projects. Strong understanding of DRAM, emerging memory technologies, and system-level integration. Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional and customer engagement. Master's or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related discipline. Experience with CMOS fabrication processes, interconnect technologies, and SI/PI analysis. Familiarity with system topologies, protocols, PHY design, and power/timing optimization. Active participation in industry standards organizations and technical conferences. Demonstrated ability to create product specifications, intellectual property, and technical collateral
