RIVER VALLEY FORD - DEAL CLERK/ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

We are currently looking for a Deal Clerk/Administrative Assistant with Dealership experience, at our River Valley Ford dealership.

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:

  • Dealership experience preferred; willing to train the right candidate
  • Experience in accounting required
  • Experience with PBS an asset
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong organization and communication skills
  • Trustworthy, reliable

Responsibilities
  • Coding, posting invoices in PBS
  • Reconciling invoices to statements
  • Auditing and posting retail/wholesale car deals
  • Posting customer deposits and vendor payments
  • Balancing and posting daily cash out
  • Collecting payment from vendors and following up on outstanding invoices
  • Booking in vehicles and posting costs for vehicles
  • Administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, faxing
  • Complete other miscellaneous duties as required
