Description

FOUNDED IN 2010 BY THE PIONEERS OF BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE, VISIER HAS OVER 60,000 CUSTOMERS IN 75 COUNTRIES—INCLUDING ENTERPRISES LIKE BASF, PANASONIC, EXPERIAN, AMGEN, EBAY, FORD MOTOR COMPANY, AND MORE.

Visier is the globally recognized leader in people analytics, dedicated to a ‘people-first’ approach to business strategy. We transform how organizations make data-driven decisions about their most valuable asset: their people. Visier is a dominant market player and continues to see expanded growth in our core and emerging markets. To power this expansion, we are seeking a Deal Desk Analyst for our Global Deal Desk who is passionate about strategic deal formulation, analytical rigor, and driving revenue velocity in a dynamic, high-growth sales environment.
The Deal Desk Analyst will be a key strategic partner to our global sales organization. You will be instrumental in architecting and closing complex, non-standard deals across Visier’s enterprise and embedded product lines, and in supporting Visier’s expanding partner network. This role moves beyond traditional deal execution; you will be a central hub of intelligence, leveraging data and insights to structure innovative deals that maximize lifetime value and accelerate our growth. You will be the trusted expert, ensuring that our deal structures are not only compliant and profitable but also competitive and scalable.
Note - we require this position to work Mountain or Pacific Time hours.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as a primary strategic advisor to the Sales team for Visier’s B2B SaaS enterprise and embedded engagements.
  • Coordinate the end-to-end deal structuring process, from initial pricing strategy and concession planning to final contract negotiation and signature, removing friction and accelerating deal velocity with thoughtful, calculated advice.
  • Utilize analytics and internal data to forecast impacts of non-standard terms, and provide data-driven recommendations to leadership.
  • Manage a high-volume portfolio of concurrent, complex deal reviews, ensuring all transactions adhere to our dynamic approval matrix and internal governance policies.
  • Partner with Legal, Finance, Product, and Information Security to streamline cross-functional deal workflows, proactively identifying and resolving potential roadblocks.
  • Act as a key liaison for our Revenue Operations (RevOps) ecosystem, ensuring seamless post-close handoffs for booking, billing, and provisioning.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of deal-desk related automation and AI-powered tools to enhance efficiency and provide deeper insights.
  • Champion best practices and deliver ongoing enablement to the sales team on deal structuring, negotiation tactics, and our evolving go-to-market policies.
