WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE

We are seeking a highly motivated and commercially focused Deal Desk Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be a key contributor to the sales organization by implementing efficient and optimal deal structuring, pricing, and approval processes. You will facilitate top-quality, high-velocity deal closure, optimizing revenue generation and driving the company’s growth.

Main responsibilities:

  • Support Sales team with deal structuring, optimizing trade-offs between terms and conditions to maximize value creation.
  • Participate in deal reviews along Sales/Sales Leadership, driving alignment with company policies and pricing
  • Oversee the timely and accurate submissions of deals through governance process for necessary approvals
  • Update and manage pricing guides, exception approvals, quote and contract templates.
  • Identify issues to streamline deal desk operations
  • Provide training to sales teams on deal desk procedures and use of respective tools and systems
  • Collaborate across various departments like sales, finance, legal, deal validation and other to remove deal-related obstacles, driving success rate and customer satisfaction
Responsibilities

WHAT YOU NEED TO FULFILL THE ROLE

  • 3-5 years of experience in Sales, Deal management or a similar role in a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) or a tech driven business
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or similar field
  • Track record of successful deal management in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Knowledge of pricing strategies and the ability to apply data analysis techniques.
  • Negotiation skills and ability to handle complex deals.
  • Proven experience working with CRM systems (ideally Salesforce)
  • Understanding of contract management principles
  • Fluency in English; Spanish language is a plus
