We are currently looking to fill the position of a Deal Expeditor. This individual should be someone who is inspired and self-motivated and who has a strong desire and passion to succeed. If this is you, then we want to speak with you regarding a career in automotive sales. Job Duties: Submitting deals to the banks, break down deals Ensure accuracy and Authenticity of every transaction Signing up customer digitally, docu-sign customers Answering incoming calls, follow up calls w/customers on missing documentation Work on trouble deals Obtain insurance binders Helping w/overflow customers in the sales process Follow up with finance lender for finalized funding of transactions. Job Requirements: Ability to multitask. Work well in fast pace environment Excellent interpersonal skills A positive attitude and strong willingness to learn Advance skill with Microsoft Office Suite. Must have a flexible work schedule and have the ability to work days, nights and weekends Bachelor degree in accounting or equivalent.
