Description
We are looking for a hardworking, high-energy, results-driven Deal Sourcing Associate to identify and engage lower-middle market business owners on behalf of 154 Partners. This is a client facing role and best suited for someone who thrives at building relationships and takes price in exceeding their targets. Responsabilities: Utilize databases and internet research to compile lists of prospective business targets across identified sectors Execute outbound outreach strategies including cold calls, emails, LinkedIn messaging, and other creative campaigns to engage with business owners/CEOs in a discussion to sell Conduct conversations with business owners to build rapport and qualify against 154’s investment criteria Present new investment opportunities & market research to 154 Investment Team Maintain organized records of all outreach activity and pipeline progress in our CRM Consistently achieve a target of 100+ cold calls per week Fluent English Strong written communication skills for email and LinkedIn outreach Excited about cold calling and outbound outreach Prior experience in sales, business development, or sourcing is a plus A natural communicator who can connect authentically with business owners/CEOs Self-motivated and capable of thriving in ambiguous environments Results-driven Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
Responsibilities
Identify and engage lower-middle market business owners through outbound strategies like cold calling and LinkedIn messaging. Qualify potential investment opportunities against criteria and present findings to the investment team.
