Description:
Our M&A team in Finland offers services for the entire acquisitions & divestments process. Within Deal Transformation we focus on operational due diligence in the pre-deal phase and on planning and executing integration/separation programmes in the post-deal phase. Additionally, we work on performance improvement projects to enhance client company profitability.
As a Trainee, you will support our experienced professionals with various tasks, including analysing target company data to build the synergy potential case for a proposed M&A deal and reviewing separation complexities and potential standalone costs of divestments. In performance improvement projects, you will assist in analysing company financials to identify areas for profitability improvement. Your tasks also include preparing/facilitating workshops and meetings for integration, separation and performance improvement programs while managing key programme milestones, governance and risks.
You will have the opportunity to work directly with our clients, providing crucial support in the daily Programme Management Office (PMO) tasks. This will involve tasks such as updating project plans, action point logs, meeting memos, and other administrative work during the execution phase of an integration or separation. You can read more about the Trainee period here .
