Our North American Organization is looking for a brand-new Account Manager to assist in our Dealer network! This role will work with our National Dealer Manager and current Account Manager to oversee and assist in Dealer’s sales and installations in the greater Vancouver area and parts of North America.

    As Dealer Account Manager you will be reporting to our National Dealer Manager and be responsible to oversee the full dealer sale process. As a part of the Dealer network, you’ll work closely with our Dealers, supporting staff in finance, marketing and HR and production team! The goal is to grow sustainably and grow the Dealer business profitably.

AS A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE, YOU POSSESS THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong interpersonal skills and an effective communicator in both verbal and written forms with customers, employees, peers and management.
  • Ability to respond appropriately in pressure situations.
  • Strong customer service focus.
  • Negotiation and sales techniques
  • Presentation skills
  • Construction or building knowledge
  • Sales experience with Lumon products is an asset
  • High level of product knowledge
  • High proficiency with internal software programs
  • Strong analytical, organizational, decision making and presentational skills.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • High proficiency with internal software programs such as salesTori
  • High technical knowledge of Lumon products is preferred
  • Installation experience with Lumon products is an asset

  • Interaction and need to connect: Working with Dealers requires an element of sales ability. The successful candidate would have networking ability, emotional intelligence and ability to relate closely to individuals
  • Project management: Taking a task from one the beginning all the way to completion, while guiding the Dealers through each step of the process until independent

Responsibilities
  • Marketing and lead generation responsibilities, working with Dealers in sales activities in general using smart customer acquisition
  • Measuring ROI after sales territory execution involving marketing plan and sales targets
  • Order review and placement before purchased from Production
  • Training of new and existing dealers on Lumon product, programs, quoting system and customer service resolutions
  • Participate in designated home and renovation shows as selected by Lumon in partnership with dealers and resellers.
  • Travel to other provinces or states within North America as necessary from time to time
  • Implement, maintain and record all sales quotes, sold activities in salesTori and equivalent interim CRM program or data base.
  • Regular discussion and follow-up with existing Dealers to increase product sales
  • Provide forecasting and feedback to National Dealer Manager
  • Review processes and Dealer risk – SWOT analysis
