Toyota Finance Australia (TFA) has an exciting opportunity for the right person to join our team as a Dealer Account Manager, acting as the primary connection between TFA and our dealership network across Western Australia. Supported by a collaborative and high‑performing team, you’ll build strong, trusted relationships across your dealer portfolio, helping identify and maximise sales opportunities across our finance and insurance products. As a valued partner to our dealerships, you’ll provide practical insights, coaching and tailored solutions—driving sustainable portfolio growth through fair, transparent and customer‑focused practices. This role is based in Western Australia and is a permanent full-time role. How you’ll make an impact Build, manage and grow strong relationships across a dedicated dealer territory, achieving agreed sales and performance KPIs Partner closely with the broader Retail Finance & Insurance (RF&I) team to deliver the national sales strategy at a local level Provide value‑adding, partner‑to‑partner support that helps dealerships grow finance, insurance and retention performance Contribute to regional budget outcomes through targeted dealer engagement, insight‑led discussions and performance optimisation Develop and execute structured, efficient call plans to ensure consistent dealer coverage and proactive support Accurately capture actions and outcomes from dealer interactions to maintain visibility, accountability and momentum Review dealership sales, finance and insurance processes, delivering coaching and training to build capability and improve results Your attributes – Essential Strong problem‑solving capability A high level of self‑motivation and accountability Clear, confident and professional verbal and written communication skills A methodical, well‑organised approach with strong attention to detail Your attributes – Desirable (but not essential) · Experience achieving success in a sales‑driven or customer‑facing environment ·An understanding of the motor vehicle and/or automotive finance industry A disciplined and structured approach to territory planning, call scheduling and activity tracking Exposure to territory or account management roles Applications close 10th May 2026 .
