As a Dealer Associate, you will gain experience in the following areas: Technology and Equipment utilization and optimization You will be working with current and future John Deere Technology and Equipment and get seat time to learn first-hand how integrated technology functions in the field. Sell, service, and support smarter equipment to help customers make better/informed decisions. Customer Engagement Learn top-notch customer engagement techniques that focus on discovering customers' needs, developing solutions, and presenting data and information. By mastering these skills, you'll be able to influence customers' decisions and offer them the best return on investment possible. Business Operations Engage multiple departments to fully support progressive growers who are looking for ways to increase production, efficiency, and profitability. Requirements: Bachelors or Masters/MBA, graduating this school year with an Ag related degree. Desired cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale. Willing to travel up to 50% Willing to relocate to any AVE-PLP location during the Dealer Associate program and for permanent position assignment.
