Description About the Role We’re hiring a Territory Sales Rep to own the Denver, CO market selling high-value F&I products to franchise, independent, and highline dealerships. This is a remote role, but you need to live in the region to support in-person dealership visits. Comp & Earnings: Realistic first-year earnings: $90K–$140K+ (base + commissions, uncapped) $5,000/month base for the first 90 days while you ramp, then full commission with no cap. This is a W-2 employee role (not 1099) with full benefits and long-term career opportunity. Who This Is For: Ideal background includes F&I Managers, Desk Managers, GSMs, or anyone in dealership sales who wants to move out of store hours and into a territory-based role with higher earning potential and more autonomy. Experience with agency-side F&I is a plus, not a requirement. What You’ll Do Sell F&I products to franchise, independent, and luxury/highline dealerships throughout the Denver metro. Build relationships with GMs, finance directors, dealer principals, and key decision-makers. Close 10–12 deals per week through consultative selling, deal structuring, and menu presentation. Manage the entire sales cycle—from outreach to close—while growing your dealership network. Operate autonomously in your territory, delivering measurable growth without micromanagement. Requirements What You Bring 5+ years of experience in F&I, dealership sales, or automotive operations (franchise or independent). Proven success in high-volume closings and strong PVR performance. Deep knowledge of dealer finance structures, F&I products, and lender relationships. Entrepreneurial mindset: self-motivated, proactive, and accountable. Resilient, driven, and competitive—comfortable with rejection and motivated by outcomes. Based in or near Denver, CO, and open to regular travel within the state. Why Join Us?
