Responsibilities

In order to grow and build a successful career with The Toro Company, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Identify new OPE dealership representation within assigned areasDevelop a list of future OPE dealership opportunities, and build a relationship with them
  • Guide new dealers through the initial sales process, teaching them why and how to sell Ventrac, maximizing their start with the product line
  • Lead dealers through the initial order process, and what product they should need to be most successful with VentracTrain new dealers in the network tools that they will need to utilize to be successful upon launch
  • Developing strategies/plans of actions for Ventrac products to be sold within each dealership
  • Occasionally attend and supporting dealerships activities such as tradeshows, open-houses etc.
  • Be field expert in territory regarding marketing and product needs, yearly sales programs, dealer development programs, overall sales strategy and other areas that can improve Venture Products Inc.
