Responsibilities

We are looking for a motivated and organised Dealer Development Manager to deliver exceptional sales and promotion of aluminium products for the Alspec group, through development of customer portfolio, development of customers processes, customer relationships and assisting with training of staff.

Reporting to the Sales Manager – Brisbane, your responsibilities will include;

  • Present Alspec products and systems in a structured and professional manner to grow and develop existing and future business opportunities.
  • Work through the Alspec Business Development plan with the Authorised Dealers and assist with coordination of the activities for the program.
  • Develop and deliver sound business procedures and processes to organically grow the fabricator to deliver greater sales volumes to Alspec.
  • Train and support Alspec fabricators in the process of product selection, quotation and assembly knowledge.
  • Improve Alspec customers businesses and internal staff knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
  • Source, convert and obtain any potential new business.
  • Maintain close, mutually beneficial relationships with customers ensuring complaints and concerns are followed up on and resolved.
  • Work with the Sales Manager and Area Managers to leverage sales opportunities.
  • Assist and champion the promotion of residential sector and Carinya Brand within the region through product development, new business opportunities and the fabricator licensee program.
  • Remain up to date with changes in industry trends, developments and products.
  • Attend industry trade shows and events
