Toyota Motor Philippines is looking for a Dealer Facilities Associate to join our Dealer Operations Department based in Sta. Rosa, Laguna, Philippines. In this role, you are expected to oversee the planning, evaluation, and compliance monitoring of dealership service facilities. You will ensure projects are aligned with Toyota standards and completed on time, while supporting business expansion and dealer performance improvement. This role is open to experienced candidates, particularly those with a background in facility planning, compliance, project management, or dealership operations. Your Role and Responsibilities: Identify potential areas for dealership network expansion based on service coverage and growth opportunities. Evaluate proposed dealer outlet locations and ensure compliance with Toyotas facility and operational guidelines. Monitor progress of dealer facility construction and renovation projects to ensure timely completion and quality standards. Conduct facility audits and compliance checks based on established schedules to uphold brand and service standards. Ensure accurate and approved computation of business projections for proposed and ongoing projects. Manage the execution and delivery of assigned special projects within deadlines and defined scope. Facilitate coordination across departments such as Engineering, Marketing, and Finance for project alignment. Conduct regular management meetings to provide updates, raise concerns, and recommend solutions. Promote consistent application of Toyota's identity and service facility standards across the dealer network. Our Perfect Match: You have a Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Industrial Engineering. You have professional experience in facility evaluation, project management, operations, or dealership network planning. You are analytical and detail-oriented, with strong skills in planning and compliance assessment. You can manage multiple priorities while coordinating with various internal and external stakeholders. You thrive in fast-paced, field-based environments and can ensure timely delivery of quality outputs.
