Job description
Dealer Manager - Belgium, The Netherlands, Baltics, UK and Ireland
Dynapac UK Ltd which trades as Dynapac International is looking for a Dealer Manager to support the growth and development of dealers in Belgium, the Netherlands, Baltics, UK and Ireland.
The successful candidate will serve as a strategic partner and the link between Dynapac and the dealers.
This position will report to, and work closely with, the Dynapac International Regional General Manager and will take responsibility for developing and implementing sales and marketing activities for Dynapac product ranges, Rollers, Pavers, Mobile Feeder and Light compaction, to maximize our leadership position and grow our market share.
The location is flexible, but either UK based, or willing to relocate to the UK would be preferrable. The position will require extensive travel across the region and to product companies.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS & KNOWLEDGE

  • Result-oriented and experienced professional with a proven track record in Sales and Marketing in a similar environment.
  • Strong distributor management and development skills.
  • Solid understanding of road equipment, both technical and application.
  • Ability to direct the identification of business opportunities for the profitable growth of the market
  • Strong Customer Care focus with strong desire to deliver best practice solutions for our customers
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Presenting technical and commercial ideas and concepts.
  • High level of analytical skills.
  • Good communication skills and computer literate
