Role and responsibilities: • Digital & Social Media Management: Direct the dealership's online presence, including website content, SEO, and paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta). • Campaign Links: Apply trackable UTM parameters to all campaign URLs to identify exactly which posts, emails, or ads drive your traffic. • Lead Generation: Oversee the creation of promotional materials and landing pages to capture and nurture high-intent buyer leads. • ROI Oversight: Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) like Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and Cost Per Lead (CPL), and conversion rate. • Brand Awareness: Measure reach, impressions, and video completion rates. • KOL : manage and training the KOL candidates • Event Planning: Plan and coordinate in-store promotions, vehicle launches, off-site test drives, and community sponsorships. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the General Sales Manager (GSM) to push priority inventory. • Creative design of marketing communications: implement the marketing campaign material design and creation, such as the Banner, Video, presentation. • Collateral Creation: Design marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, event signage, and infographics • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and content teams to translate complex ideas into engaging, audience-focused designs • Asset Management: Organize, maintain, and update our digital asset management library • Other tasks as assigned. Qualifications & Skills • Experience: 3–5 years of automotive retail marketing or agency experience. • Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM software, Google Analytics, digital advertising platforms, and inventory feed management. • Design Software : Canva, Adobe Express, Visme, Figma, Creatopy and others • Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret data and adjust ad spend accordingly. • Communication: Exceptional copywriting, design review, and project management skills • Language: Preferably you speak Chinese, Finnish is also a plus.
