Description We are seeking a skilled and personable Poker Dealer to facilitate poker games in a professional, fair, and engaging manner. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of poker rules, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to maintain a smooth flow of play while ensuring compliance with gaming regulations. Key Responsibilities: Shuffle and deal cards accurately and efficiently. Manage betting rounds, collect chips, and handle payouts. Maintain a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for all players. Monitor player behavior to ensure compliance with poker room policies and gaming laws. Keep the game moving at an appropriate pace without rushing players. Report any irregularities or suspicious activities to the floor supervisor. Work Environment: Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts are required. Extended periods of standing. Competitive hourly wage plus tips. Requirements Qualifications & Skills: Proven experience as a poker dealer (1 year Min) or completion of a dealer training program. In-depth knowledge of poker variants, rules, and betting structures. Games to be knowledgeable in 1/2 NLH, 5/5 PLO, 5/5 Big O, 2/4 Omaha and Straight 2. Strong mathematical skills for quick and accurate chip counting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. Must meet legal age requirements for gaming employment. Ability to obtain and maintain a Florida Gaming License
