Description

NETWORK EXPANSION & OPTIMISATION

Develop and execute strategies for expanding the dealership network in target markets.
Identify and evaluate potential new dealership locations based on market research, demographic data, and sales potential.
Manage the selection process for new dealers, including assessing applications, conducting interviews, and negotiating agreements.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
An MBA or equivalentadvanced degree is a plus.

EXPERIENCE

At least 8-10 years work experience within an automotive company
3-5 years of experience in dealer network development
Sales management or related field in the automotive industry

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in market analysis and financial management.
Ability to negotiate and manage complex relationships with multiple stakeholders.
Knowledge of the automotive industry and dealership operations.
