Responsibilities

ABOUT YOUR NEW ROLE

In this position within VGA you will report to our National Manager – Group Dealer Network Development and be based in our Zetland Head office. This role is responsible to manage, enhance and expand the dealer network for Audi within the Australian market in collaboration with the other VGA brands.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Assist with the market research (INP study) to identify new dealership opportunities to grow the brand’s presence in accordance with the brand’s corporate identity and design
  • Management & preparation of service level agreement for group responsibilities to be negotiated & agreed with the relevant brands
  • Support dealer during the start-up process, standards & ensure all brand requirements and group requirements, system readiness is in place in the agreed timelines
  • Coordinate the preparation and agreement of the investment projects based on positive business cases as above in coordination with the business managers
  • Coordinate communication between Brands architects and investor’s architects
  • Identify efficiency processes to streamline impact on VGA and the dealer network and ensure the improvement of relevant IT systems for seamless communication and processes
  • Participate in brand and group electrification committees to ensure the standard requirements are understood and administer coordination of group standards

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following:

  • Extensive experience within Automotive in particular dealer operations or similar
  • Strong stakeholder management of internal and external stakeholders
  • High capability of negotiation, influencing and presentation skills
  • A great knowledge and understanding of dealerships, agency model or network development preferred
  • Financial and IT acumen within budget management and reporting activity
  • Strong communication and networking skillset with a keen eye for detail
  • An understanding of working across multiple brands within different markets desirabl
