      Job Title: Dealer Performance Manager ADP Job Code: DPERFMGR Department: Sales Reports to: Regional Performance Manager FLSA Status: Exempt (Salaried) Grade: 17 Salary Band: Sales Updated: 11/16/2021     Summary We are seeking highly-motivated individuals to fill our Dealer Performance Manager positions.   This opportunity is for candidates who wish to earn at a level that comes with hard work, dedication and solid value based selling skills.    As a Dealer Performance Manager (DPM) with GWC Warranty, you will generate revenue growth by utilizing a consultative selling approach in the retention of current GWC accounts. Our DPMs manage existing business relationships in order to achieve budgeted sales goals by developing and implementing sound retention strategies, utilizing strong negotiation efforts to preserve business, and securing contracts.   ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Establish and grow strong, long-term relationships with customers by providing best-in-class service  * Ability to design and execute account strategy plans for each major account in order to achieve metrics * Ability to understand customer needs and challenges and provide and showcase GWC value proposition and product suite of solutions in order to meet those needs and exceed expectations * Analyze critical information and data to better understand the total picture of each independent dealership in order to provide solution * Recognize and develop relationships with key decision makers within the account * Ask the right mix of questions to uncover customer needs and suggest solutions and innovative ideas to address those needs * Identify customer priorities * Consistently plan for a successful outcome with each sales call * Strategize negotiation points and know when to introduce added offerings   Education and Experience * Auto industry related outside sales experience required * 5+ years of previous consultative sales experience * Understanding of GWC Sales Process and strategic sales approach * Must possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record at all times * Bachelor’s degree preferred    Skills * Ability to set expectations with Dealers in order to achieve desired outcomes * Exceptional process discipline with the ability to align planning objectives with a pipeline development process to grow and develop accounts * Strong business and analytical skills * Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills * Expert level knowledge of reinsurance, retro and back-end processes of dealerships * Ability to set expectations with dealerships in order to achieve desired outcomes * Align planning of dealership needs with GWC objectives * 75% overnight travel throughout assigned region required   Physical Demands While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to type and look at a computer screen.  This is an in-person sales position, requiring regular driving and appearance in varying professional settings, such as such as automotive dealerships.   Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
