Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Dealer Performance Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting key dealer partners through the vehicle renewal process. You’ll proactively contact existing customers via phone, video call, email, SMS, and letter to encourage them to visit their supplying Volkswagen dealership and book renewal appointments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Set expectations around vehicle replacement timelines and options
  • Follow up on all renewal interactions and outcomes
