Objective Assist the HOD to achieve departmental goal by giving all the necessary supports to ensure expansion of departmental business. Key Individual Accountabilities Support HOD in: Achieving revenue and profit target Market, promote and develop RHBIB’s Retail Premier Broking business Develop new markets and establish new commercial relationship with new clients Taking necessary steps to ensure the security and privacy of Retail Premier Broking clients and trading information Ensure high standard of integrity and compliance of all legal and regulatory requirements: Comply at all times with all relevant acts, laws, articles of associations, rules and regulations Help to ensure, maintain and enforce a proper supervisory program and competent system of internal controls Help HOD in coaching and guiding subordinates to achieve sales target Display teamwork and work closely with other departmental personnel at all times Key Shared Accountabilities Work closely with all the colleagues to help to ensure departmental goal is achieved Explore cross-selling opportunities Requirements A degree or professional qualification from an institution recognized by the government of Malaysia. Passed SC Licensing Examination: Modules 6 & 7 or equivalent for Dealing in Securities.
