WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • You must be an experienced Dealer Relationship Manager, field credit analyst, or branch manager living in or near the_ San Diego Market_ with an existing dealer base. This means you are up and running signing dealers and funding deals out of the gate.
  • Our ideal candidate is someone that has 3 plus years’ experience as a Dealer Relationship Manager in the Non-Prime Auto Finance world.
  • An experienced rep that can ramp up quickly with minimal training and be extremely self-motivated. No micromanaging here so just wake up and be awesome is pretty much what we are looking for.
  • The usual outside sales requirements such as valid license, auto insurance and a reliable ride since you will be visiting 8-10 dealers on any given day.
  • You must be comfortable working from a home based office with a minimum travel of 80% in the market and occasional overnight travel.
  • Detail orientated, highly organized and driven are all must haves for success with us.

Responsibilities
  • We’re sure you know the drill because you’re an off the charts, kind of a big deal, Area Sales Manager in your market but just to be clear you are building a market from the ground up for us. We are small but mighty, so you are the ambassador and face of Strike Acceptance working to establish us in the market with your dealers.
  • While you do not officially have credit authority you do need to be kind of a credit stud to help your dealers understand what does and does not work in structuring the deal with our program.
  • This position will work remotely in an assigned geographic territory signing new dealers, servicing existing dealers so lots of quality dealer visits and calls on the daily.
  • Since you are awesome we are sure you will have no problem in meeting or exceeding monthly goals related to funding, look to book and dealer sign ups (to name a few), while still providing a high level of customer service with quality dealers.
  • Monitor ongoing dealer performance such as efficiency, delinquency/losses, profitability etc. to assure the partnership continues to flourish. Good people working with good dealers, it is kind of our thing.
