Description Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We’re looking for a driven, relationship-focused Dealer Sales Manager to promote our Auction Services and serve as the primary point of contact for franchise and independent dealers. In this role, you’ll build strong partnerships, grow revenue, and ensure every dealer receives exceptional service. You’ll also play a key part in supporting and developing our Sales team to keep operations running smoothly. What You’ll Do Sales & Relationship Management Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with dealers and customers Develop and execute strategies to retain and grow auction revenue Identify and expand opportunities with key accounts Consistently work toward exceeding sales goals Customer Experience & Collaboration Partner with internal teams across marketing, promotions, and operations to enhance the customer experience Coordinate dealer visits, calls, and ongoing communication Ensure dealers receive timely updates on weekly sales, special events, and promotions Team Leadership Support and train Sales team members to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and high performance Communicate operational issues promptly to management Contribute to a positive, service-oriented team culture Additional Responsibilities Perform other duties as assigned to support overall auction success What You Bring Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Previous sales experience required Supervisory experience preferred Skills & Attributes Highly organized, self-motivated, and disciplined Strong customer service mindset Effective communicator with solid computer skills Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently Requirements Must be at least 21 years old Valid driver’s license required Work Environment This role involves working onsite at the Auction and traveling to visit dealers.
