60K base + uncapped commissions (currently guaranteed 24-30K) + car allowance + benefits + RRSP
Our client, a leader in innovative flooring solutions, is looking for a Dealer Sales Representative to join their team and take over a well-established book of business in the Greater Vancouver market. QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven success in sales, preferably within the flooring, building materials, or related industries.
  • Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.
  • A proactive, growth-oriented mindset with a passion for driving results.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently while being a strong team player.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the Greater Vancouver territory.
  • Experience in the flooring industry is considered a strong asset.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Dealer Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing and developing dealer accounts across the Greater Vancouver region. You will inherit an established customer base and will focus on growing sales within those accounts, ensuring dealers receive exceptional service, product knowledge, and support. Building trust and strong partnerships with clients will be key to your success.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and grow an existing portfolio of dealer accounts across Greater Vancouver.
  • Develop strong, long-term relationships with dealer partners, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Identify growth opportunities within current accounts and increase sales through consultative selling.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by providing product knowledge, updates on new launches, and training to dealer staff.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
  • Represent the brand with professionalism and integrity in the marketplace.
