Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We are seeking a driven and strategic Dealer / Sales Representative to represent Postech across Ontario. This isn’t your typical sales role — it’s about building long-term partnerships, coaching dealers to reach their full potential, and playing a pivotal role in large-scale construction projects.

As the Dealer Representative, you’ll be the trusted advisor and growth partner for our Ontario dealer network. From supporting dealers in winning major projects to onboarding new contractors, you’ll have a direct impact on expanding Postech’s market presence and reputation as the go-to foundation expert.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Strengthen Dealer Relationships
  • Build, nurture, and expand strong partnerships with our dealers.
  • Provide regular coaching, motivation, and support to help them exceed their sales targets.
  • Conduct dealer visits across Ontario to ensure performance and alignment.
  • Drive Sales & Market Expansion
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities with contractors, builders, and high-value clients.
  • Recruit and onboard new contractors to strengthen dealer networks.
  • Support dealers in winning tenders and growing project acquisition.
  • Training & Development Leadership
  • Equip dealers with sales techniques, product expertise, and marketing tools to boost their success.
  • Ensure every dealer is a strong brand ambassador for Postech.
  • Performance Insights & Market Intelligence
  • Track dealer performance, identify growth opportunities, and provide actionable insights.
  • Share market trends, competitive intelligence, and dealer feedback with HQ.
  • Brand Representation
  • Act as the face of Postech at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings.
  • Champion Postech’s values, innovation, and competitive edge in every interaction.
