About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated Job Dealer to join our Wealth Solutions team at RHB Banking Group. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding the business operations and execution strategies of the team. You will provide sales advisory, execution, and processing support, while ensuring daily administration and operations of the desk run smoothly. You will also be tasked with achieving KPIs set by the Unit Head and keeping abreast of regulatory and compliance requirements. What you will be doing Treasury Sales Conduct sales and marketing calls to existing and prospective customers. Provide market advisory and pricing. Manage daily tasks in marketing, sales, and trade execution. Administration & Process Escalate any problems and issues with work processes to senior sales or Unit Head for resolution. Assist the Unit Head in the developmental process of new product development. Assist the Unit Head in the daily administration requirements of the desk where applicable. Adhere to all guidelines, policies, and limits. Regularly upgrade technical competencies where applicable. What we're looking for Bachelor’s Degree. Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of experience in Treasury Markets at a reputable financial institution. Some understanding of treasury products and financial markets.
