KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Effectively process and track orders. (Via email and over the phone)
  • Proactively manage the order book of accounts to ensure accuracy of orders and on time delivery.
  • Handle issues in a timely and efficient manner by working closely with the sales representatives and their respective dealers.
  • Develop, produce, and analyze various reports on a weekly basis to manage order books (availability, cancellation, allocation reports, etc.)
  • Communicate and follow up when required with the distribution center, traffic, product, purchasing, and credit department.

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • College diploma in administration or related field;
  • A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in customer service, hockey retail knowledge is an asset
  • Strong knowledge of hockey products an asset;
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel;
  • Ability to offer superior customer service;
  • Strong communication skills over the phone and via email;
  • Ability to provide solutions and resolve issues;
  • Bilingual (French and English).
