ABOUT THE POSITION:

We are seeking a motivated and proactive Dealer Success Specialist to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in driving the success of our dealer network (also referred to as our Solutions and Support Center (S&SC) network) by providing training, support, and guidance on best practices in digital marketing and lead management. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with multiple stakeholders, presenting to diverse groups, and developing resources to enhance S&SC performance. This role requires a mix of marketing savvy, technical know-how, and excellent communication skills.

You will be responsible for:

  • Solutions and Support Center Engagement
  • Schedule and host calls with each of our S&SCs (currently 16 in total) to provide updates, training, and support.
  • Develop and manage a “user community”, focused on sharing best practices and fostering collaboration among the S&SCs.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for S&SC marketing teams, providing guidance on using our marketing technology stack effectively.
  • Training and Development
  • Create and maintain standard work procedures and onboarding materials for our S&SCs.
  • Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to ensure S&SCs are up-to-date on the latest tools, techniques, and best practices.
  • Monitor engagement with training materials and encourage participation to increase overall success.
  • Performance Monitoring and Improvement
  • Work closely with sales lead contacts and sales teams at the S&SCs to ensure adherence to established lead management processes.
  • Track and report on success metrics such as, ratio of marketing qualified leads to sales qualified leads (MQL:SQL), tool usage rates, training completion percentages, and other engagement indicators.
  • Analyze outcome metrics (e.g., lead qualification rates, lead response times) to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  • Backup and Special Projects
  • Serve as a backup to other Digital Marketing Specialists within the team, assisting with tasks in Eloqua, Oracle Sales Cloud, and Sitecore platforms, among others.
  • Participate in special projects as assigned, contributing to broader marketing initiatives and goals.
