In you new role you will: Provide exemplary customer care and service directly to customers and dealers Ensure prioritisation of, and timely and accurate responses to, enquiries through a variety of mediums Undertake a range of processing tasks, such as raising and submitting dealer orders, wholegoods transfer requests and processing of approved credits Ensure shipments are booked into our system (SAP) and all related records updated Coordinate accurate and timely order dispatch as part of a team Analyse and troubleshoot issues within the order fulfillment process and remediate as appropriate Develop and undertake supply chain related training with dealers and internal team members Promote and provide information to dealers regarding Kubota programs/ initiatives and products Participate in a range of cross-functional or supply chain projects If this sounds like a great opportunity, your profile would like something like: Year 12 or equivalent education Significant experience in customer service and care, preferably in a similar supply chain/ logistics role within manufacturing/ industrial sector Highly developed written and verbal communication skills, with telephony skills and business writing being particularly important Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills Attention to detail Strong organisation and prioritisation skills Well developed analytical and problem-solving capability, proven ability to make sound evidence-based decisions taking into consideration broader business imperatives and context Intermediate skill in a variety of systems and applications, particularly Google/ Microsoft Office Suite navigation Basic mechanical knowledge and understanding in relation to agricultural and construction products and machinery (desired) IMPORTANT TO NOTE Kubota have a zero tolerance approach to alcohol and illicit drugs on all our sites.
