Responsibilities: * Give genuine customer service to our internal and external guests. * Deal Blackjack. * Accept bets. * Build and maintain rapport with guests * Pays winners and collects from non-winners. * Handles player transactions. * Must be able to articulate rules and regulations to patrons. * Fills and credits tables according to established guidelines and procedures. * Opens and closes tables according to established guidelines and procedures. * Complies with all company and departmental policies and procedures, State Gaming Regulations, and Internal Controls. * Regular attendance is essential for successful performance in this role. * Other duties as required.
