Company Description Job Description Table Games at Wynn Las Vegas offers a varied range of games including Blackjack, High Limit Baccarat, Craps, Roulette, Carnival Games and much more. Job Responsibilities: Responsible for providing excellent service and experience in all interactions with our guests whether on the game or otherwise. Responsible for ensuring the service provided always exceeds the criteria set by the property to maintain the Forbes 5 Star-level of service. Responsible for creating a fun & memorable gaming experience. Understanding and appreciating customer preferences, while adhering to department policies. Creating an inviting environment for guests to join the game. Maintain the utmost profession demeanor, language and attire while dealing the game with proficiency and accuracy. Maintain integrity of the games at all times. Communicating all player action/preferences to the Team Leads or other team members. Qualifications Must keep skill sets fresh to deal any of the qualified games. The ability to incorporate any profession feedback given on their performance. Must report on time for all assignments and maintain professionalism in all areas of the property. Must have a minimum of (2) two years dealing experience in one of the following games: Baccarat, Craps or Single Zero Roulette. A valid Nevada Gaming License is required and must be obtained before entering this position. Must be 21 years of age or older to apply.
