Responsibilities
  • Take charge of accounts payable and receivable , ensuring timely and accurate processing
  • Assist in daily bank reconciliations , manage floor plan statements, and support inventory tracking
  • Monitor daily cash flow , including deposits, charge accounts, credit card reconciliations, and petty cash
  • Handle invoice distribution , cheque preparation, and payment follow-ups
  • Play a key role in month-end and year-end closing activities
  • Help maintain and reconcile financial schedules to keep accounts healthy and audit-ready
  • Post vehicle inventory transactions, dealer trades, aftermarket sales, and more
  • Support audit and compliance processes , including RICS and internal reviews
  • Conduct financial analysis and ad-hoc reporting to support strategic decisions
  • Continuously improve processes and offer new ideas to enhance financial operations
