Responsibilities:
- Post and reconcile accounts payables transactions
- Review and provide analysis on Sales/Service schedules regularly
- Receive and redirect incoming phone calls
- Receive and post service/parts receivables/payables
- Reconcile service GL’s and inventories
- Reconcile payments to corporate credit cards
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education (preferably accounting related)
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
- Previous Accounting Experience in an auto dealer environment
- CDK/One-Eighty Experience strongly preferred
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
