JOB OVERVIEW

Join our dynamic and fast-paced team representing some of the world’s most prestigious automotive brands, including Ferrari, Maserati, and Alfa Romeo. Reporting to the Controller, the Dealership Accounting Specialist will play a key role in supporting daily accounting functions within our dealership. This role requires accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple financial tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

GENERAL ACCOUNTING & ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES:

  • Organize and manage all accounting files
  • Reconcile statements, accounts, and credit card transactions
  • Process and balance daily merchant transactions
  • Assist with month-end procedures, including journal entries (DR & CR knowledge is an asset)
  • Ensure accurate posting of internal repair orders (RO) and vendor invoices
  • Process on-demand cheques as needed
  • General office administrative tasks as assigned
