Primary Duties & Responsibilities: * Prepare sold vehicles for delivery * Ensure all “we owe” items are complete prior to delivery * Inspect vehicle cleanliness and defects or damage * Fuel/Charge vehicles * Ensure temporary plates and inspection stickers are installed * Activate and connect remote vehicle services upon delivery * Remove license plates from trade-ins * Review pertinent features with customers at time of delivery * Manage inventory placement, grouping, spacing and cleanliness * Prepare and apply stock tags on vehicles and keys * Program keys into KeyTrack system * Complete OEM certification and training * Learn CRM and other applications * Assist with day-to-day activities as needed Qualifications: * Ability and eagerness to learn and demonstrate vehicle features * Great attitude and ability to take direction * Professional personal appearance and excellent verbal and written communication skills * Consistent and solid work history and/or a recent grad * valid driver's license and clean driving record Benefits: * Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance * 401K Plan + Match * Paid time off and vacation * Short/Long Term Disability/Flex/Life * Growth opportunities and training * Salary pay structure
