A Day in the Life of an Accounting Assistant (but not limited to): Process invoices, manage payments, and reconcile accounts payable and receivable transactions. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other accounting documents. Assist in tracking and managing expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Accurately audit team deals post-sale and thoroughly analyze for improvements Maintain professional communication with vendors, clients, and internal departments regarding financial matters.
