The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing excellent customer service and administrative support. Key Responsibilities: Warmly greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages Maintain a clean and organized reception and showroom area Be an organized and productive multi-tasker.
