Responsibilities

Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Working within Patterson Cheney policies, guidelines and standards
  • Scheduling customer service repair orders, obtaining a clear brief from the customer as to any issues
  • Preparing invoices and closing allocated repairs
  • Be transparent and honest with the customer, with estimated completion times and provide updates as required
  • Ensuring the customers’ expectations are exceeded throughout the experience
  • Providing support to other service advisors
  • Assisting the Workshop Manager in resolving any customer-related concerns
